We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fractional Recruiter to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic talent acquisition support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process.
Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment or agency setting.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with an ATS or CRM system.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Previous experience in fractional, contract, or consulting recruitment is a plus.
