We launched in 2025 and are growing by 20%/month with a team of 15. We ship new features daily and announce weekly (rentengine.io/blog)
Now we're hiring to build even faster. This is a high-growth, high-ownership startup. Everybody is an individual contributor, there are no middle managers or bureaucracy. You'll learn quick and get as much responsibility as you can handle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
• Run interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers and leadership
• Manage offer process
• Build out and improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process

You’re a Fit If

• You’re confident evaluating candidates for both behavioral fit and role competencies
• You've directly sourced passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools  
• You love clear targets and fast feedback
• You don’t wait to be told what to do - you drive the process
• Real estate/property management experience = bonus

Compensation

• 90-120k, location adjusted for cost of living.
• Employee-sponsored health insurance 
• Unlimited PTO (we work very hard, but unplugged time-off is just as important)
