The HR Business Partner, Recruitment plays a critical role in shaping the organization's talent strategy by managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. This position is responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and alignment with business objectives. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights to support organizational growth. In addition to recruitment, this position oversees onboarding processes, headcount management, and HR reporting, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership.
