The Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for assigned positions across Accupac. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, attract qualified candidates, and deliver a positive candidate experience while supporting Accupac’s talent strategy and growth.

What You’ll Do: 

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job approval through offer acceptance for non-exempt and exempt level roles up to Manager. 
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and establish appropriate timelines.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screens, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Provide hiring managers with timely candidate updates and recommendations.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare and extend offers in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and timely recruitment activity, candidate records, and status updates in the applicant tracking system.
• Track recruiting metrics, including open positions, time-to-fill, candidate activity, and hiring progress.
• Partner with HR on internal recruiting, employee referrals, career opportunities, and other talent initiatives.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, networking activities, and employment branding initiatives.
• Develop a strong understanding of Accupac’s business, culture, jobs, and talent needs.
• Ensure recruiting practices are consistent with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, employees, and external recruiting partners.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience required.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Full-cycle recruitment for both non-exempt and exempt roles required.  
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Working knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance requirements.
