Recruiting Manager/Recruiter

At BAYADA, our mission is grounded in compassion, dignity, and a commitment to helping people receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking an upbeat, people-focused Recruiter to join our growing TEM office and help build a team of compassionate professionals serving the Phoenix area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in high-volume recruiting or hiring who enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of quality care, and is motivated by meaningful work.

What you'll do

• Lead sourcing, recruiting and hiring activities for the office.
• Connect with prospective candidates by phone and build strong, positive relationships.
• Help identify candidates who are the right fit for BAYADA and the people we serve.
• Partner with the office team to support hiring goals and continued growth.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, follow up with candidates, and help create a welcoming candidate experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive office environment.

What we're looking for

• Experience in recruiting, hiring, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and confidence connecting with people by phone.
• An upbeat, relationship-oriented approach.
• The ability to understand and communicate the importance of high-quality care.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• A genuine commitment to BAYADA's mission and the communities we serve.

Schedule and location

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• On-site at 7975 N Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
• Supporting the Phoenix territory.
• No ongoing travel is required. New-hire training includes approximately three weeks of training, including three days in Tucson.

Compensation and growth

• Salary based on experience and qualifications.
