Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Houston, TX area to support high-volume hiring while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent across the organization.

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Sourcing- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create effective recruitment plans.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient interview process, providing guidance and feedback to hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers, including salary discussions, benefits, and employment terms.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry-related functions.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records and reporting.
What You Bring:- Experience recruiting in manufacturing.
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Proficiency in ATS software and HR technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:- Professional certifications (e.g., AIRS, SHRM, PHR, CIR) are a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus..
