Recruiter

WeldForce Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for skilled trade and industrial positions and possess a strong understanding of welding, fitting, machining, and fabrication roles in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for skilled trade positions, including welders, fitters, machinists, electricians, millwrights, assemblers, and other industrial personnel.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, certifications, and experience.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS system.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of skilled trades recruiting, specifically for welders, fitters, machinists, and fabrication personnel.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using ATS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
