-Source and engage talent through resume review, outreach and networking
-Build relationships with candidates in the local market
-Work with sales and hiring managers to understand client needs
-Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
Required Skills & Experience:
-Must possess a bachelor's degree
-Experience in customer service, leadership, recruiting and/or sales
-Experience collaborating in a team environment
-Possess a desire to work in a performance-based environment
-Must have a competitive, proactive and coachable mindset
-Possess the ability to work in office daily
This position comes with a base salary and uncapped commission.
