Our client, a Software company, is looking for a Recruiter III for their Seattle, WA/Chicago IL/Atlanta, GA/Dallas, TX/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as a talent consultant and advocate for internal employees at client
- Lead the entire recruiting process from initial screening through offer accept
- Enabling candidates and hiring managers on our Internal Recruiting Process and Policies
- Participate in implementing and driving global recruiting programs
- Build an ongoing, balanced pipeline of qualified internal candidates
- Learn the profiles within your supported talent communities so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities
- Partner with other departments (Headcount Managers, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting process
Requirements:
- Client Management (hiring manager engagement and communication skills are a must), Internal Recruiting and/or Sales Recruiting experience, Slack, Google Suite, experience with high volume hiring
- 5-8+ years of Recruiting experience, experience with Internal Recruiting and/or experience with Sales Recruiting a plus
- Proven track record of excellent client engagement
- Experience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Experience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and Executives
- Understanding of ATS tools and technologies, experience with Workday a plus
- Ability to deliver on tight deadlines and executive in a fast-paced and high volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
