Role Description:We are currently looking for a full cycle Recruiter to help build any one of these areas: G&A, Tech, and Sales organizations. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing and supporting the entire recruiting process.Your Impact:Source, recruit and hire Salesforce professionals across a wide range of roles within our Go-to-market solution engineering and customer success groupsManage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptanceParticipate on the worldwide recruiting team in developing, implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidatesBuild solid relationships with sales leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting processBe proactive in networking, cold-calling, and deep diving into passive candidate networks throughout various marketsPartner with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through on-boardingBasic Requirements:Bachelor's degree 4+ years recruiting experience, in an agency and/or in-houseProven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors Familiarity with technology marketsAbility to articulate the Salesforce value proposition and story to candidates Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologiesPreferred Requirements:Experience recruiting for a growing technology company strongly preferred
