Location: 100% Remote (Must be located in EST/CST or willing to work EST business hours)

Pay Rate: $35-37.89/hour

Duration: 90-Day Contract (Potential Extension)

Start Date: First Week of November

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts across a variety of technical and corporate functions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate has strong full-cycle recruiting experience, excels at sourcing passive candidates, and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully remote contract opportunity with the potential for extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles

• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies

• Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling throughout the hiring process

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, market trends, and recruitment progress

• Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidates and maintain accurate recruiting data

• Drive a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up

• Support diversity hiring initiatives and continuous improvement of recruiting processes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Experience recruiting for both technical and corporate roles

• Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing Greenhouse ATS

• Proven success sourcing and hiring talent across multiple functions and levels

• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously

• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities

• Experience working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Background

• Experience recruiting within technology, e-commerce, retail, or high-growth environments

• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and corporate business functions

• Experience partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers on recruitment strategy

• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and improving recruiting operations

Pay Details: $35.00 to $37.89 per hour
