Location: Livermore, California

Duration: 3-6 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $35-$40/hour

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts during a period of growth. This contract opportunity is ideal for a recruiter with experience hiring within manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering, or industrial environments. The selected candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting activities and partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across a variety of functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach

• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and overall fit

• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process

• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings

• Present candidate recommendations and provide market insights to hiring managers

• Negotiate and extend employment offers

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Support recruiting projects and workforce planning initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiple job functions

• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other recruiting tools

• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Recruiting experience within manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, or engineering environments

• Experience filling positions such as:

• Manufacturing Engineers

• Process Engineers

• Quality Engineers

• Production Supervisors

• Manufacturing Technicians

• Supply Chain and Operations professionals

• Knowledge of semiconductor or advanced manufacturing workforce trends

• Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried employees

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
