Job Summary
The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle supporting Loss Prevention hourly roles across designated store locations. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic staffing plans, sourcing and engaging candidates, and managing the hiring process from initial outreach through offer extension. The role requires strong experience in high-volume recruiting, strategic sourcing, and maintaining an active candidate pipeline to support future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Loss Prevention hourly supporting specific store locations
Build staffing strategy in support of your geographic area; inclusive of identifying and developing partnerships with local colleges, military, and community-based organizations
Source, identify, engage, attract, assess, and extend offers to candidates
Develop actionable strategies and staffing plans to support hiring needs
Manage applicants in the applicant tracking system
Proactively manage candidate pipeline for future needs
Anticipate challenges and obstacles, while shifting recruitment strategies as needed
Ensure all online recruitment posts, job descriptions, and applicant search results are current and accurate
Required Experience
3–5+ years of full recruitment lifecycle or sourcing experience
Experience recruiting in a high-volume hiring environment
Strong technical experience using multiple platforms including Excel, PowerBI, and Applicant Tracking Systems
Demonstrated experience in strategic talent sourcing, including targeted sourcing techniques, market research, and identifying passive candidates through various channels such as social platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific resources
Developed business acumen, professional presence, and intellectual curiosity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-through skills with attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience recruiting for retail or Loss Prevention roles
Experience developing partnerships with colleges, military programs, or community organizations
