As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a Recruiter to support our HR team in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple airport locations and hospitality concepts.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Recruiter to support the HR function by managing high-volume hiring needs across airport-based retail, food & beverage, and hospitality roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring SLA can consistently staff locations with qualified, customer-focused team members.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment where hiring needs change frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly hospitality roles across airport locations.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, job fairs, walk-ins, and community outreach.
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with HR and operations teams.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs.
- Assist with onboarding coordination, documentation, and new hire follow-up.
- Partner with HR and operations to understand staffing needs and urgent requisitions.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in tracking systems.
- Represent SLA professionally at hiring events and community outreach efforts.
- Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience from application to start date.
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting or HR support experience preferred.
- High-volume hiring experience strongly preferred (hospitality, retail, or airport environment a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Basic experience with ATS systems or HR software preferred.
- High school diploma required; additional education in HR or related field a plus.
