Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional and administrative positions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple recruiting channels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Coordinate interviews and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate records and track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
- Extend offers, facilitate pre-employment processes, and support onboarding efforts
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources experience
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
