We are supporting our client on a search for a Recruiter to join a fast-growing NYC team on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). This is a full-cycle seat - you will own 5-8 reqs across GTM, ops, and G&A, work directly with hiring managers, and close offers you sourced yourself.
Ideal for a 2-4 year recruiter coming from an agency or in-house team who wants NYC-based, high-ownership work with clear growth into Sr Recruiter or Recruiting Lead.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for 5-8 open reqs across GTM, ops, and G&ASource passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and turn cold outreach into interviewsRun intake meetings with hiring managers and translate needs into scorecardsManage the candidate experience end-to-end - screens, feedback, offerPartner with the TA coordinator on scheduling and ATS hygieneReport weekly pipeline health and time-to-fill to leadership
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting - agency or in-houseProven track record hitting hiring plans and closing offersLinkedIn Recruiter + Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby fluencyStrong sourcing chops - Boolean search, outreach copy, follow-up cadenceConfidence running intake and calibration with senior hiring managersBonus: NYC market experience, high-growth startup background
