Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support on staffing strategies

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated maturity in handling sensitive information and making sound recommendations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
