Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls, network, and utilize employee referrals to identify talent
• Attend virtual job fairs and support advertising initiatives for various departments
• Maintain accurate records and analytics in the recruitment system; prepare productivity and analytical reports
• Advise and partner with business leaders on recruiting needs and best practices
• Build strong relationships with internal clients to understand hiring requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 2+ years' recruiting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
• Experience handling sensitive information with professionalism
