We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan''s Purse are to help people in Jesus'' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In the role of Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ

• Recruits qualified candidates for regular positions in International Headquarters, Domestic Field, and International Field teams, aligning staffing with the organization''s humanitarian and ministry goals

• Cultivates long-term talent pipelines through intentional outreach on social media and databases, grounded in the purpose of advancing Samaritan''s Purse mission and employer brand

• Designs proactive sourcing strategies and partners with ministry teams to address skill gaps, ensuring future readiness and strategic staffing

• Coordinates closely with hiring leaders and departments to evaluate candidate fit, including cultural and ministry alignment assessments at each phase of hiring

• Maintains accurate and ethical candidate records while delivering a positive experience through respectful, timely, and Christ-centered communication throughout the recruitment process

• Other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications?

As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources or related field and one (1) to two (2) years of related recruitment experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to work with minimal direction

• General knowledge of CRM (customer relationship management) system processes and platform utilization

• Comprehensive knowledge of various sourcing tools and methodologies

• Comprehensive knowledge of creating innovative and robust recruitment strategies

• Thorough knowledge of business acumen and understanding of human resources, recruiting, and employee relations best practices

• General knowledge of applicable HR and employment law

• Ability to provide strong customer service support

• Ability to interact and communicate with people of different ethnic, linguistic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds

• Ability to operate effectively with all levels of management within the organization

• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills

• Social perceptiveness skills

• Judgement and decision-making skills

• Time management skills

• Active listening skills
