Job Summary
LHH is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for Supply Chainrelated roles. In this position, you will partner closely with hiring leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a high-quality hiring and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer support
Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively build diverse candidate pipelines
Conduct candidate interviews and provide clear, concise summaries to hiring managers
Partner with hiring leaders and HR partners to align on recruiting strategy and priorities
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to deliver a positive experience
Use recruiting data and metrics to support effective hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree
3+ years of professional recruiting experience
Experience using applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Indeed sourcing tools
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to use data to guide recruiting decisions
