Recruiter | Phoenix, AZ | $20-$25/hr

We are partnering with a confidential employer in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a motivated Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering $20-$25/hour.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can confidently manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruiting follow-up.

Pay: $20-$25/hour

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open positions
• Conduct candidate phone screens and initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Create and maintain candidate pipelines
• Post job opportunities and review applications
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records
• Partner with hiring managers regarding current and upcoming hiring needs

Qualifications

• Recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience
• Strong phone screening and interviewing skills
• Excellent candidate communication
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Applicant Tracking System experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
