Job Title: Recruiter

Location: 22 Pequignot Drive-Pierceton, IN 46562

Duration: 3 5-month contract with possibility to extend/convert to FTE.

Pay Rate: $25-30/hr on W2 (including all benefits) ($25.00/hr. preferred; manager will assess resumes submitted over that rate on case-by-case basis.)

Shift: M-F; anytime from 7-9am till 3-5pm

RECRUITER for Pierceton, IN & Warsaw, IN AMETEK (Paragon Medical) locations. Report to Kristen Connors.

Dress Code: Business casual, jeans are fine, closed toed-shoes (must have on for factory floor tours)

Candidate requirements:
- detail-oriented, can work independently once taught how to do something.
- must be able to recruit on positions with multiple shift options. For example, must be able to recruit for candidates that have to report to work at 6am, 7pm, or 12am.
- experience with recruiting and preferably in the manufacturing industry. Manufacturing/Industrial jobs recruiting experience. Preferable SAP Successfactors experience.
- work ethic is key to this site.
- if hired, this candidate will assist in onboarding procedure for new hires which includes, but is not limited to:
> printing out/ distributing new-hire materials.
> conducting site tours.
> answering questions that new employees/onboards may have.

Interview process: One on-site interview conducted by Kristen Connors and/or Jackie Bohn. Interview portion will go first, then site tour.
