Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, or related experience
- Up to 15% travel as needed
- Experience sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for a variety of roles
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to proactively source and engage diverse talent pipelines through multiple recruiting channels
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
- Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate interview processes
- Knowledge of recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems
- Experience supporting hiring events, talent pipeline development, or recruitment marketing initiatives
- Aviation, campus recruiting, or other specialized recruiting experience
- Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies for responsible AI use, data privacy, and security

About the Job
The Recruiter applies working knowledge and experience in talent acquisition to support hiring across a variety of job levels and functions. This role partners with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, helping attract and select top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter uses established recruiting practices and guidelines to identify qualified candidates, manage hiring activity, and support talent acquisition objectives.
Core Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen internal and external candidates, conducting initial assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
- Manage applicant flow throughout the recruiting lifecycle, from requisition opening through candidate selection and disposition
- Coordinate and support the offer process, including background verification activities, approvals, candidate communications, and hiring manager partnership
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks using job boards, social media platforms, referral programs, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct candidate interviews and provide recommendations and feedback to hiring teams based on assessment outcomes
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and support hiring strategies
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation, records, and recruiting metrics in accordance with established processes
- Contribute to recruitment marketing efforts and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen talent attraction and candidate experience
The base pay range for this role is $66,500.00 to $86,616.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
