Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Seasonal Recruiter opportunity in Reading, PA. Responsibilities for Seasonal Recruiter include but are not limited to: 

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for exempt positions, from sourcing through offer stage.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.

• Review resumes and screen candidates through phone interviews and assessments.

• Create and execute creative sourcing strategies, including resume mining and networking.

• Maintain candidate records and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/e-Recruiting system.

• Present qualified candidate shortlists, negotiate offers, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Candidates for Seasonal Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing/recruiting strategies.

• Strong experience with resume screening, interviewing, and candidate qualification.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and project management skills.

·       Pay: $42.43/hr.

·       Shift: Onsite - Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $42.43 per hour
