ResponsibilitiesKforce's client in Washington, DC is seeking a Recruiter to partner with a large, nationally recognized organization to add a Skilled Trades Recruiter to their team. This role will support high-volume hiring across maintenance, facilities, and technical field positions. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and knows how to find and engage hard-to-reach talent.Partner with hiring managers to support ongoing and upcoming hiring needsSource candidates using a variety of channels (ATS, job boards, networking, referrals, outreach)Screen and interview candidates for skilled trades rolesManage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in recruiting systemsKeep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring processQualifications2-4 years of recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for skilled trades, field, or technical roles (maintenance, HVAC, mechanical, construction, etc.)Strong sourcing skills - ability to find talent beyond inbound applicantsExperience using ATS and CRM systemsOrganized, responsive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCompensation & BenefitsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
