Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume hourly recruiting efforts for a growing manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for production, warehouse, skilled trades, and other hourly positions across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local community resources.
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and local HR.
- Maintain candidate activity and records within the applicant tracking system.
- Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting outreach activities as needed.
- Partner with HR and operations leaders to support staffing goals and hiring timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or high-volume environments.
- Minimum education level of HS Diploma/GED
- Experience recruiting hourly and production employees.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or skilled trades recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale hiring initiatives or facility expansions.
