The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.About the roleJob Title: RecruiterRequirements:3+ years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environmentStrong experience working with Boolean search stringsExperience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boardsExperience working with an internal ATSAbility to connect with candidates and build relationships for open rolesStrong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter attitude with drive to be successfulMust have previous experience recruiting in a professional environment where they were required to communicate with both internal and external executives (verbal and written)Experience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple executive level stakeholdersPreferredA history of recruiting for roles in the engineering space: Electrical, Systems, Software, Manufacturing, or IndustrialProfessional experience in aviation/aerospaceExperience working on roles requiring a security clearance: varying levels including Secret, Top Secret, etc.Prior experience with Workday and/or AvaturePrior experience in an RPOPrior experience managing a full desk of 100+ open requirementsPrior experience supporting executives across multiple time zonesLocation: Mesa, AZ / St. Louis, MO / Chicago, IL (Hybrid)Salary Range: The hourly rate for this position is between $30.00-45.00 per hour.
