Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and support the organization's staffing needs. This role supports hiring for both clinical and non-clinical positions across all levels, from staff to management, by developing effective sourcing strategies and partnering closely with hiring managers and Human Resources. The Recruiter ensures a positive, mission-centered candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding, maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and upholds organizational values and ethical hiring practices.The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field and/or has a minimum of 3 years' relevant professional experience in Human Resources. A minimum of 2 years' professional experience in recruiting is required.
