SUMMARY OVERVIEW
The Recruiter is a key professional responsible for driving high-volume talent acquisition strategies to meet the critical staffing needs of PrimeFlight. Leveraging at least 3+ years of experience, this individual manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sophisticated sourcing to final onboarding. You will serve as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring we maintain a robust talent pipeline while optimizing our mass hiring processes in a fast-paced environment. This role contributes to a positive candidate experience while promoting PrimeFlight as an employer of choice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage high volumes of qualified candidates across diverse geographic locations.
Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel, ensuring "Time-to-Fill" targets are met without compromising on quality of hire
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Lead intake sessions and provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and selection best practices.
Manage the transition from offer to day-one readiness, ensuring all compliance and onboarding requirements are met with precision.
Extend job offers and assist with the onboarding process of new hires
Promoting PrimeFlight Aviation as an employer of choice by highlighting our culture, values, and opportunity for growth
Ensure all requirement processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations
Create requisitions and post job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Work in an office and operational environment
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age or older
Eligible to work in the United States
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, industrial, or aviation sectors.
Ability to work in office, onsite, Monday-Friday
Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Professional demeanor, able to communicate effectively
Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
Pass a background check and drug screen
Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations
Travel requirement >25%
