POSITIONOVERVIEW

The Recruiter will provide interim support to Changent during a period of organizational growth and increased hiring activity. Working alongside hiring managers and Human Resources team, this role will support recruitment activities across multiple open positions and help meet hiring priorities.

 

This role will support full-cycle  recruitment, to include job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews. This role will serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process as well as provide a responsive and well-coordinated experience from application through offer.

 

This is a full-time, temporary position expected to last approximately six (6) months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

 

ESSENTIALDUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES

80%| Recruitment

  • Manage recruitment activities for assigned openings from job posting through offer.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to discuss role requirements, candidate qualifications, and expectations for the role.
  • Source and identify prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review applications and identify potential candidates who meet the qualifications and experience outlined for the role.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Present a shortlist of qualified candidates for hiring manager consideration.
  • Gather interview feedback and support hiring decisions.

 

20% | Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Communicate interview schedules, hiring decisions, and next steps to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

 

  • Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment activities.
  • Assist with offer coordination and other recruitment-related activities, as needed.
  • Create a responsive and well-coordinated hiring experience from application through offer.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Three (3) or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing multiple open and high-priority positions.
  • Experience conducting candidate screenings and shortlisting qualified candidates for hiring manager consideration.
  • Experience partnering closely with hiring managers to fill open positions across multiple departments or job functions.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate activity and recruitment workflows.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and other pre-employment activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience with TriNet is a plus.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position reports to the Manager, Human Resources and does not have any direct reports.
