LHH Recruitment is partnering with an aviation company near Tempe who is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in pilot recruiting to join their team! This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who understands the aviation industry and has experience sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified pilots. This position is fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for pilot and aviation-related positions.

• Source and identify qualified pilot candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and industry connections.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of aviation talent.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring requirements.

• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage follow-up throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Must have prior pilot recruiting experience.

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday near Tempe, AZ.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: Up to $75,000 annually

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Work Arrangement: Fully onsite

• Location: Tempe area, Arizona
