Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, developing long-term relationships with candidates in priority markets and skill areas.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, target companies, and tailored search strategies.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies designed to reach specialized, senior-level, and difficult-to-find talent beyond traditional applicant channels.
- Conduct market research to identify relevant talent pools, competitor organizations, compensation trends, and candidate availability.
- Lead candidate screening and assessment, presenting hiring managers with a carefully selected shortlist of highly qualified and diverse candidates.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence, candidate insights, search progress, and recommendations throughout the selection process.
- Create compelling outreach and candidate narratives that communicate the opportunity, company culture, career potential, and employee value proposition.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining consistent communication and delivering a highly personalized candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background checks, offer approvals, and onboarding handoffs while maintaining momentum throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages with candidates, balancing candidate expectations, internal equity, organizational policies, and current market conditions.
- Provide detailed search reports covering target talent pools, outreach activity, candidate engagement, pipeline strength, market feedback, and potential hiring challenges.
- Expand the company's talent network through industry events, professional associations, conferences, referrals, and strategic community partnerships.
- Drive inclusive sourcing strategies that broaden access to underrepresented talent and support the organization's diversity hiring objectives.
- Manage external search firms and recruiting vendors when needed, including agreements, candidate submissions, performance, and invoice processing.
- Use recruiting technology, sourcing platforms, AI-enabled tools, and creative engagement techniques to improve search quality, candidate response rates, and hiring outcomes.
Qualifications:
