This is a fast-paced position that involves recruiting, interviewing, helping applicants through the hiring process, and building strong relationships with employees.

Job Duties:

• Recruit and interview candidates
• Assist applicants with the application and hiring process
• Communicate with applicants and follow up throughout the hiring process
• Make follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with candidates
• Post and advertise open positions and help generate applicants
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information
• Help with onboarding, applicant questions, and day-to-day staffing needs
• Spanish/English bilingual communication is preferred

Shift: 1st Shift; M-F 8am-5pm
Hours: Full-Time
