Job Overview

• Temporary, 12-month assignment
• Location: White Plains, NY
• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days on-site; assignment may require fully on-site work
• Monday through Friday, 7.5-hour workday with a 0.5-hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, background review, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring teams and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and support an inclusive candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate records and statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), review recruitment data, and support process compliance and accuracy.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and recruitment events while sourcing talent across engineering, business services, and operational functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; in-house recruiting experience in a corporate setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, social media networks, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate talent acquisition laws, regulations, policies, and procedures and appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.

Additional Details

• Candidates are required to be local to the Tri-State area and employed in W-2 tax status by the service provider.
• Fully remote work is not available; remote-work privileges may be revoked based on business needs.
• Personal equipment and an appropriate internet connection are required for virtual workdays.
• Anticipated start: Immediate.
