Responsibilities<\/b>:
<\/p>- Source and attract candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, with a focus on individuals experienced in government or federal contracts.
<\/li> - Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
<\/li> - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
<\/li> - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
<\/li> - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs, with a focus on those with government or federal project experience.
<\/li> - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
<\/li> - Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment progress to hiring managers and leadership.
<\/li> - Stay current with industry trends, government regulations, and best practices to ensure effective recruiting strategies for federal projects.
<\/li> - Coordinate pre -employment assessments, background checks, and other necessary steps in the hiring process.
<\/li><\/ul>Qualifications<\/b>:
<\/p>- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
<\/li> - Experience recruiting for government or federal clients is strongly preferred.
<\/li> - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
<\/li> - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
<\/li> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
<\/li> - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
<\/li> - Strong negotiation and closing skills.
<\/li> - Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations, particularly in the context of government and federal contracts.
<\/li> - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
