Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Recruiting Assistant to support the Firm's associate, summer associate, and entry-level recruiting initiatives. The Recruiting Assistant will work closely with members of the Recruiting Team to provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruiting lifecycle and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This position may be based in any of the Firm's U.S. office locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate candidate interviews and assist with related scheduling and logistics.
Prepare and organize candidate materials, evaluations, reports, and other recruiting documentation.
Draft candidate correspondence, response letters, and other recruiting communications.
Maintain accurate candidate files, records, and data within the Firm's applicant tracking and document management systems.
Compile recruiting data and assist with the preparation of monthly recruiting metrics reports.
Assist with planning and logistics for the Firm's summer associate programs.
Coordinate internal and external recruiting programs and events.
Submit recruiting-related invoices for processing.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates and assist in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Participate in Recruiting Team projects and provide support to team members as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Recruiting experience within a law firm, law school, or legal services environment is preferred but not required. Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability.
Sound judgment and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to travel occasionally, as needed.
COMPENSATION: The national estimated salary range for this role is $37,000-$59,000. Starting salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
