Be the person who builds dream teams for residential home service companies nationwide. As a Recruiting Coordinator with Trustal Recruiting, you’ll create win‑win matches between skilled tradespeople and home‑service businesses.
You understand that a great home services professional isn't just a technician; they need incredible people skills, a knack for consultative selling, and a genuine desire to educate and care for homeowners. You will use your industry insight to vet candidates who can handle the technical work (and navigate state licensing/master license requirements) while seamlessly fitting into our clients' unique company cultures.
Trustal Recruiting is a niche recruiting firm focused exclusively on residential home services. We recruit nationwide across every role in the industry: field tradespeople (installers, technicians, plumbers, electricians), project managers, helpers, and all office and leadership positions (CSRs, Dispatchers, Office Managers, Service Managers, Operations Managers, GMs).
We serve reputable small chains, franchises, and independent owner/operators to deliver strong, mutually beneficial hires. We’re a smaller organization that’s growing quickly; it’s an exciting time to join and help continue to shape our systems, culture, and support expansion.
Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full‑time, W‑2, 100% Remote
Schedule: Flexibility available with the expectation of compensatory hours as needed

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage assigned residential home‑service client accounts and lead recruitment for roles across field and office functions nationwide.
Platform Management: Actively post jobs, source, and engage applicants across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, CareerPlug, and other trade-specific channels.
Candidate Screening: Conduct video screenings and role‑specific assessments to evaluate technical awareness, licensing alignment, and culture fit.
ATS Optimization: Use RecruiterFlow (ATS) to track requisitions, source candidates, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
Client & Candidate Management: Coordinate and prepare candidates for client interviews; provide regular status updates and highly responsive communication.
Consultative Coaching: Coach clients and internal teammates on interview best practices, role expectations, and candidate evaluation to improve hiring outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Participate in a daily 9:00 AM huddle and other scheduled team meetings/trainings.
Special Projects: Own initiatives tied to client success, such as acting as the Trustal liaison with tech schools to build pipelines of freshly trained technicians.
Please Note: This is not a corporate recruiting role. We are specifically seeking someone with a background inside the residential trades who understands the grit, heart, and hustle of local business.
Industry Experience Required: 2+ years of hands-on experience working inside a residential home services company (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Siding, etc.) in a role where you handled internal hiring (e.g., Office Manager, HR, Sales Manager, or General Manager).
Tech-Savvy Recruiter: Proven experience actively navigating and recruiting on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and CareerPlug.
Trade Industry IQ: You understand the critical talent shortage in the trades, how to spot a genuine "culture fit," and how to navigate licensing nuances (like technicians working under a company master license).
People-First Perspective: A natural gift for making people feel comfortable sharing authentically, whether you're interviewing an entry-level helper or a seasoned General Manager.
GSD (Get Sh*t Done) Orientation: A highly driven, organized self-starter who reliably executes without close oversight and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Business Acumen: The ability to communicate credibly and empathetically with local business owners and operations managers who view their employees as family.
EOS Experience: If you have worked with EOS (Traction by Gino Wickman) in a company, this is a HUGE plus.
