Position Summary: Recruiting Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining recruitment systems, and ensuring seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. This role provides administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process while partnering closely with Talent team and hiring managers to ensure an efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Duties & Essential Functions:

  • Support the Talent Team throughout the recruitment process by coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring timely completion of hiring tasks.
  • Post and maintain approved job openings across the company career site, job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
  • Coordinate candidate communications, including interview scheduling, confirmations, follow-up correspondence, and calendar coordination with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and requisition updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation, and initiate and monitor pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, reference checks, and onboarding clearances.
  • Generate recruitment reports, including requisition tracking, and other Talent Acquisition reporting.
  • Administer teammate referral and sign-on bonus programs, including tracking eligibility and coordinating timely payments.
  • Support school, college, and career services partnerships by coordinating outreach activities, maintaining relationships, and assisting with recruitment events and talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR workflows related to employee lifecycle activities and provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two (2) years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably supporting recruitment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday (Flexible work hours)

 

Salary Range:

  • $28/hr to 32/hr to commensurate with experience
