Recruiting Coordinator

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition recruiting area. This role will support our pipeline high volume or less complex non-pipeline recruiting teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and operational support for the talent acquisition process, including pre-employment and onboarding activities
• Handles interview scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinates logistics for in-person and virtual recruiting activities and maintains accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensures timely communication among recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates, contributing to an efficient and consistent recruiting process and a positive stakeholder experience
• Work closely with the five coordinators currently supporting these responsibilities
• Focus on process improvement initiatives, including project work related to enhancing workflows, developing templates, and creating content tied to the administrative functions of the role
• May assist with other administrative tasks to support the broader recruiting team beyond those outlined in the job posting
• Leverage email for communication, Slack for direct messaging, and Microsoft Office Suite for creating documents to coordinate interviews, develop process templates, and track expenses and workflows in Excel
