We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Retention Manager to lead the agency’s HHA/PCA recruitment team, develop reliable recruiting pipelines, and improve caregiver hiring, onboarding, and retention.
Responsibilities for Recruitment and Retention Manager:
- Manage, coach, and oversee the recruitment team and hiring goals.
- Build relationships with HHA training schools, community organizations, and referral sources.
- Oversee recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing strategies.
- Monitor candidates through hiring, onboarding, and their first assignments.
- Partner with HR, Scheduling, and Operations to meet staffing needs.
- Improve caregiver retention and reactivate inactive aides.
- Track recruitment performance, hiring metrics, and expenses.
Requirements for Recruitment and Retention Manager:
- Previous experience managing a recruitment team.
- Home care, LHCSA, HHA, or PCA recruiting experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with recruiting systems, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Ability to develop recruiting strategies and drive results independently.
