$17.50 an hour
Monday – Friday
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Recycling Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:
MUST have 6+ months of tow motor experience within the last 3 years
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to work independently and multitask with attention to detail
Basic math skills for calculating pallet weights
Good communication skills
Ability to push/pull 50+ pounds
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Recycling Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a tow motor to safely transport skids, recycling materials, and trash bins to designated disposal areas and the trash chute
Operate a cardboard baler to compact cardboard and prepare materials for recycling
Calculate and record gross and net pallet weights after baling to ensure accurate weight distribution
Monitor recycling and waste disposal areas to ensure materials are handled and disposed of properly
Work independently, demonstrate initiative, and proactively identify tasks that need to be completed without requiring constant direction
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the warehouse
Assist with general custodial duties as needed to cover employee absences
Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and handling recyclable materials
Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for every scheduled shift
Communicate any equipment issues, safety concerns, or discrepancies in pallet weights to the appropriate personnel
