    Job Description

At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.

An Exceptional Opportunity for a New Attorney!

If you're a recent law graduate looking to launch your career with immediate impact, this role offers something rare: a front-row seat to how America's largest personal injury firm operates — and the chance to build your professional network and legal business development skills from day one.

As a Referral Manager, you'll represent Morgan & Morgan in the legal community, visiting law firms across South Florida, building relationships with attorneys, and educating partners on the full range of ways our firm can work together. You'll develop the kind of business acumen, market knowledge, and professional presence that takes most attorneys years to build — accelerated by the platform, training, and brand of a firm that has recovered over $20 billion for clients nationwide.

    What You'll Gain

Beyond competitive compensation, this role is an investment in your legal career. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals, develop deep knowledge of personal injury law across dozens of practice areas, and build a network of attorney relationships throughout South Florida that will serve you throughout your career. There is no better classroom for a new lawyer interested in the business of law.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively prospect and meet with law firms daily, in person, to develop new referral relationships
    • Present and educate partners on Morgan & Morgan's services, practice areas, and referral opportunities
    • Manage and grow an active portfolio of referral partners through regular outreach and follow-up
    • Plan and organize a weekly schedule of new firm meetings, follow-up calls, and emails
    • Oversee referred leads to ensure they are handled efficiently and effectively
    • Track and report key business development metrics
    • Attend all sales meetings, internal training sessions, and firm events
    • Stay current on Morgan & Morgan's practice areas, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
    • Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and financial goals

    Qualifications

    • Active attorney license (any state) — required; recent graduates encouraged to apply
    • Business development, account management, or sales experience a plus — but we will train the right person
    • Existing relationships with personal injury firms in South Florida — a strong plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly organized with strong time management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Comfortable using data and metrics to track and drive performance

Compensation: Base salary + generous bonus structure.
