The Role at a Glance
Engage Learners: Foster an inclusive environment where students build skill and passion for HVACR maintenance and service.
Lab-Centered Instruction: Run interactive demonstrations so students diagnose, maintain, and repair a range of HVACR systems.
Curriculum Collaboration: Partner with our education team to update courses and design new content that mirrors industry trends.
Champion Safety: Promote procedures and best practices that keep everyone safe.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least 4 years of practical experience: refrigeration, commercial HVAC, residential HVAC, mini splits, boilers, etc.
EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10–30 are highly valued.
Clear, confident communicator and collaborator.
Patient, empathetic teaching style tailored to different learning speeds.
Compensation & Benefits
$35 - $3 per hour
$10,000 sign-on bonus
