Refrigeration Project Manager

A well-established national HVAC and refrigeration contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Foreman to lead commercial and industrial installation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader looking to join a growing organization with outstanding compensation, benefits and career advancement opportunities.ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and mentor refrigeration installation crews.Coordinate daily field operations and keep projects on schedule.Monitor labor productivity, job costs, and project quality.Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned projects.Communicate with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.Enforce safety standards, PPE requirements and company procedures.Oversee apprentices, journeymen, and third‑party contractors as needed.Qualifications5+ years of commercial refrigeration or construction leadership experience.Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and installation practices.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.$50–$65/hour, depending on experience.Medical, dental, vision and 401(k).Paid holidays and vacation.Quarterly bonus program.Tuition reimbursement and ongoing paid training.Career advancement with year-round commercial and industrial projects.You can expect a quick response once I receive your resume.
