Our regional analysis teams provide intelligence on security issues, strategic competitor activities, malign foreign influence, military modernization, cyber and technological threats, political-military developments, gray zone operations, and/or emerging/complex threats across high-priority mission areas.

In this role, you will lead, coordinate, and oversee analytic and operational efforts directly supporting national level policymakers, Combatant Commands, warfighters, and interagency partners. You will ensure teams deliver high quality, timely, and mission-aligned intelligence products that support DIA's global intelligence mission.

  • These positions are contingent upon program award.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor contractor personnel supporting your assigned region, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness across all assigned tasks.

  • Provide senior-level regional and functional expertise related to the specified DIA region, including strategic competitors, military and security dynamics, foreign influence operations, regional alliances, and geopolitical developments.

  • Direct and oversee assignment and execution of complex analytic tasks while directing and conducting quality control for team-developed products.

  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams performing all source intelligence analysis, regional expertise development, OSINT exploitation, knowledge management, technical editing, and dissemination.

  • Serve as the primary contractor interface with Government leads to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and align production with regional priorities.

  • Lead crisis operations, surge requirements, and time sensitive analytic needs related to regional developments or emergent threats.

  • Responsible for establishing standards for and ensuring team compliance with DIA analytic tradecraft standards, sourcing requirements, classification guidelines, and production protocols.

  • Oversee onboarding, readiness, training, and performance management of assigned personnel.

  • Support analytic modernization initiatives, database maintenance, and integration of new tools or methodologies as required.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance

  • 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, regional security issues, mission areas or strategic competitor analysis

  • Prior experience serving in a senior analytic, management, or technical lead role within the DoD or Intelligence Community, including independent execution of complex tasks

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary analytic teams supporting all source production, regional analysis, foreign influence research, OSINT, or similar mission areas

  • Strong understanding of DIA regional dynamics, including military modernization trends, regional alliances, strategic competition, and political military issues

  • Ability to coordinate directly with senior Government stakeholders, manage tasking requirements, and ensure timely and accurate intelligence production

  • Familiarity with DIA analytic standards, tradecraft, sourcing requirements, classification protocols, and production workflows

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing or reviewing high-visibility intelligence products

Desired:

  • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.

  • Experience supporting the DIA Regional Centers or similar DIA-focused intelligence organizations

  • Prior experience leading contractor personnel in an Intelligence Community or DoD mission environment

  • Experience supporting crisis operations, surge requirements, or rapid-turn intelligence production

  • Expertise in advanced analytic methods (e.g., data science, network analysis, geospatial analysis, analytic modernization)

  • Familiarity with regional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Korean, Arabic, Turkish, etc.) or regional cultural dynamics

  • Intelligence database development or maintenance experience, knowledge management, or intelligence dissemination workflows
