Regional Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate

The Opportunity

Fit2Run is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Regional Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team in downtown Bradenton.

This position combines regional driving with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. You will make scheduled deliveries to Fit2Run stores, support expos and new-store openings, and assist with daily Distribution Center operations when you are not on the road.

Our routes include locations throughout Florida and may also involve travel to Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and other Fit2Run markets. Overnight travel and occasional weekend assignments are required.

What You Will Do

Driving and Deliveries

• Safely operate company-owned or rented vehicles, including 16-foot and 26-foot non-CDL box trucks.
• Complete scheduled deliveries to Fit2Run retail stores.
• Transport merchandise, fixtures, supplies, and marketing materials to stores, expos, events, tent sales, and new-store openings.
• Properly load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise and equipment.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain the general cleanliness and organization of company delivery vehicles.
• Immediately report vehicle concerns, accidents, delays, delivery issues, or other problems to Distribution Center management.
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and applicable transportation requirements.

 Travel and Event Support

• Travel overnight when required for store deliveries, expos, events, and new-store openings.
• Participate in assignments that may require one to five days of overnight travel.
• Work occasional weekends or extended days based on delivery routes, events, and business needs.
• Assist with the setup, restocking, and breakdown of expos, tent sales, events, and new-store locations.

 Distribution Center Support

• Work as a Distribution Center warehouse associate on days when deliveries are not scheduled.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing merchandise, fixtures, supplies, and equipment.
• Use a pallet jack to safely move merchandise and materials.
• Organize, stage, transfer, box, and store merchandise for store deliveries, events, and store-to-store transfers.
• Move pallets, fixtures, supplies, and merchandise within the Distribution Center.
• Assist with inventory control and related documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sweeping, removing trash, breaking down cardboard, and cleaning inside and outside the facility.
• Communicate consistently and professionally with Distribution Center leaders, store teams, and other Fit2Run employees.

 What You Will Need

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• No CDL is required.
• At least two years of professional driving or delivery experience.
• Prior experience operating a 16-foot or 26-foot box truck is strongly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Florida and other southeastern states.
• Availability for overnight assignments lasting up to five days, occasional weekends, extended days, and overtime as business needs require.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work, including loading, unloading, bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently while traveling and collaboratively as part of the Distribution Center team.

Work Location

This is an in-person position based at the Fit2Run Distribution Center in Bradenton, Florida. Regional and overnight travel is required.
