10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Baton Rouge, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with routes primarily operating east of I‑35. Typical day on the job:
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Haul no‑touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Who we are looking for:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Experienced drivers are welcome; recent graduates are eligible if they have at least 120 hours of training
- Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus
- Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
