10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers based in Lafayette, LA. Opportunities are available in OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily servicing routes east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits effective from day one. We hire both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates who meet the paid training eligibility requirement.
What we offer
- Stable W‑2 employment with year‑round freight and consistent work
- Compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday; exact pay depends on experience and route
- Paid training: fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have at least 120 hours of instruction

Typical day on the job
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules
- Haul no‑touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
- Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

- Valid Class A CDL

- Able to pass a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
