10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers in Lafayette, LA. Opportunities are available in OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, primarily east of I‑35. Typical day on the job:
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules.
- Haul no‑touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates must have at least 120 hours of training to qualify for paid training.
- Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus.
- Able to pass a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
