What the Job Looks Like

You'll be hauling 100% touch freight to retail stores, unloading box-by-box using rollers.

• Home weekly for a guaranteed 34-hour reset to spend time with your family.
• You will average about 900 miles and 3 loads per week.
• Consistent deliveries throughout CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME.
• Paid ride-along training (1–3 days at $150/day) with immediate dispatch to Windsor, CT after orientation to get you comfortable.

The Schedule

Because this dedicated account keeps high-volume retail lanes moving smoothly, the freight runs around the clock. You should be fully comfortable with regular night, weekend, and holiday driving.

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Earn an extra $2,500 paid out in increments over your first 180 days (starting with $250 after your first load, milestones every 30 days, and a final $750 payout at 180 days). Active employment is required on payout dates.

What We Need From You

• A valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 36 months.
• Fully comfortable with physical touch freight and manual unloads.
• Strong customer service skills when dropping off loads.
• Secure parking for your truck and trailer during home time (must use authorized store locations).
• Ready to bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation.
• A clean MVR and background check.
• Please note: This position is not SAP friendly.
• For the Summer Bonus: Must be trained and actively pulling loads by July 27, 2026.
